Salad and Sandwich

(Easy and Quick Recipes for One)

  • Bagged mixed lettuce or salad greens or fresh spinach
  • Any additions you like, such as
    • Cubed/sliced bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms etc.
    • Cheese, shredded or cubed, or a good sprinkling of parmesan
    • Croutons
  • Your favorite salad dressing
  • Stuff for whatever kind of sandwich you want:
    • Bread, mayonnaise/mustard/butter, cheese, lunchmeat etc.

Just toss all the vegetables, croutons and cheese into a bowl. Add some salad dressing. Fix whatever sandwich you feel like.
