- Bagged mixed lettuce or salad greens or fresh spinach
- Any additions you like, such as
- Cubed/sliced bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms etc.
- Cheese, shredded or cubed, or a good sprinkling of parmesan
- Croutons
- Your favorite salad dressing
- Stuff for whatever kind of sandwich you want:
- Bread, mayonnaise/mustard/butter, cheese, lunchmeat etc.
Just toss all the vegetables, croutons and cheese into a bowl. Add some salad dressing. Fix whatever sandwich you feel like.
