(Easy and Quick Recipes for One)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup berries and/or fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, mango etc.), fresh or frozen, if frozen make sure to defrost them enough for your blender to be able to handle them
- 1/2 to 1 cup plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
- Fruit juice or water (if needed for thinner consistency)
- Honey to sweeten (optional)
Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, adjust amounts of yoghurt, honey, etc. as needed. You can put pretty much anything you like in your smoothie, you might even try adding some kale along with the fruit!
